DESCRIPTION:Race Coordinator: TBA \nSigns: TBA \nMarshal/s: TBA \n  \nAs this is a Championship race it will be 5 laps totaling 85km \nElite\, M123\, M456\, M7+\, Women\, 5 Laps – 85km\nWomen\, J17 will race 4 Laps – 68km.\nJ15 will race 2 laps – 34km. \n  \nThe fine print… \nClub Championship and Club Hill Climb Championship Race Format.\nEligibility to race club championship: \nRiders must have raced in at least 3 club races in the previous 12 months. If a member has not met this criterion they may appeal to the race committee for an exemption. An exemption would normally only be considered in the case of a rider returning from injury or a rider whose overseas racing commitments may have precluded them for doing three club races. \n  \nOpen Road Championship. \n\nThe championship race is a mass start event.\nEveryone is effectively in the same race and anyone\, regardless of gender or age group\, is able to win the open championship.\nRiders are allowed to draft off anyone regardless of their category. Example: If an Elite rider and a Masters 4+ rider get away together they can work together to stay away.\nRiders cannot have a lap out and re-enter the race under any circumstances.\nRiders cannot accept assistance from other riders or outside influences like cars or tractors.\nClub championships are individual events and collusion or team riding is not permitted.\nEntry for championship races is $5 and no prize money or vouchers will be awarded.\nOnly current financial Warragul race club members are eligible to be club champion.\nAny licensed member can race from any other club but is not eligible to win a trophy.\n\n  \nOpen Road Championship race should be at least 60km but not more than 100km in length. \n2018 Road Championship will be raced over 5 laps of the Shady Creek Circuit. Distance is Approximately 85km. Race will start and finish at Shady Creek. \nChampionships and Trophies will be awarded for the following categories. \n  \nOpen Red Numbers\n1st Second and Third finisher regardless of age group. J19 and Elite Riders are automatically in the “open” section. \n  \nMasters 123 Blue Numbers\n1st 2nd and 3rd in the combined M123 group. \nMasters 456 Orange Numbers\n1st 2nd and 3rd in the Masters 4\,5\,6 \n  \nMaters 7+ Black Numbers.\n1st 2nd and 3rd in the Masters 7+ \nWomens Green Numbers\n1st 2nd and third female \nJ17 Will race number of laps up to 50 km. \nJ15 Will race number of laps up to 35 km. \nIf a masters rider wins or is placed in the open section they will receive both the open and Masters Trophy. \nEg. A rider finishes second overall and is the 1st Masters 123 rider over the line they would be awarded the Open 2nd place Trophy and the Masters 123 1st Place Trophy.
